Claims Conference
The Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
The mission of the Claims Conference over its nearly 60-year history has
always been to secure what we consider a small measure of justice for
Jewish victims of Nazi persecution. We have pursued this goal since 1951
through a combination of negotiations, disbursing funds to individuals
and organizations, and seeking the return of Jewish property lost during
the Holocaust.

Holocaust Survivors
Why have this web site? Because history is not just about events, it is about human lives. Here we present history with a human face. Read the stories of the survivors. Hear them speak. Look at their family photographs. Consult our encyclopedia. Read a historical introduction to the Holocaust. Leave your thoughts or ask your questions on our discussion page.
